Once our team has completed your installation and has cleaned up, we'll ask for the remaining 50% of your purchase. Now you can enjoy your product and feel at ease knowing that your home will be warm and comfortable all winter long - for years to come.

If you're satisfied with the pricing, we'll ask for a 50% down payment on your purchase. We then order everything you need and schedule a date and time for the installation. We'll be with you every step of the way, even leading up to your installation in case you'd like to make any changes or cancellations.

Depending on your needs, our team will work hard to install your new product, following all installation safety procedures to ensure that your home stays heated safely for years to come. Along the way, our team documents any and all steps taken during the installation.

Even after installation is complete, if you ever need another one of our services (chimney sweep, level II video inspection), simply contact us and we'd be happy to help you however we can!
